As Veriyum, in our capacity as Data Controller, we would like to inform our valued customers/users that your personal information may be recorded, stored, updated, shared/disclosed to third parties in case permitted by legislation, classified, and processed in accordance with the procedures and principles in accordance with the relevant legislation, within the framewrok described below.

We use the data we collect wtihin the scope of Law No. 5809 on Electronic Communications and other relevant legislation, in the provision of products and services offered, in fulfilling retention, notification, reporting, and other related obligations arising from the relevant legislation, in responding to information an Communication Technologies Authority and other relevant authorize/competent bodies, in order to provide other products and services of Veriyum, and in fulfilling our contractual and policy obligations. We don’t share this data with anyone except for organizations permitted by law

By submitting a request to us electronically, you you may: obtain information regarding the purposes for which your personal data is processed, the entities with which it is shared, and the purposes of such sharing. You may request the correction or update of your data if it has been recorded or used inaccurately or incompletely, or, where the legal conditions are met, request its deletion or destruction. If you believe that your personal data has been unlawfully recorded or processed and you have suffered damages as a result, you have the right to request compensation for such damages.

Under the law, you can send your applications/requests in writing, along with a photocopy of your ID, to our fax number found on our contact page or through the support center in your customer panel.
