REFUND CONDITIONS

All our services purchased through the Veriyum customer panel (excluding Domain Name, CDN, SSL Certificate, and Server services) come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. The terms related to refunds are specified in Article 4.4 of the Customer Agreement. Domain name registrations are not refundable as they are automatically processed by ICANN and METU.

SETUP (DELIVERY) INFORMATION

For payments made by credit card, processes such as domain name registration, web hosting, and SSL certificate are automatically completed instantly. Services like server hosting, rental, and virtual servers are set up within 1 day at the latest. If you’re paying by bank transfer, including your Transaction Number (found in the payment information sent via email) in the description field will expedite the activation process.
