Veriyum Technology, as the website owner and service provider (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”), reserves the right to terminate, partially or completely modify this website or its Agreements and Policies. Such changes can be made at its own initiative and without prior notice, and become effective when published on the site. We recommend that you review the conditions each time you visit this website and pay attention to any changes or amendments that may have been made.

1. Monitoring/Changing Terms of Use
   
   • From the moment you start using the site, you gain the right to access, use, and receive commercial communications, commercial electronic messages, certain services, interfaces, and functions offered through or via this website and other related sites, if any.
   • Your entry to this site and your use of it means that you have read and accepted the general terms of use. No “acceptance declaration” in any form is required for this.
   • In cases where you need to become a member or give an explicit acceptance declaration for any service provided by the Service Provider as an option, you are deemed to have accepted the terms of use written here by selecting the “accept and approve” steps.

   • The Service Provider has the right to determine the Site and Service Contents as it wishes and can present the site and services with advertisements and promotions. The Service Provider can change its advertising practices and rates as it wishes and at any time.
   • The user must check the box “I have read, understood and accept” when purchasing any product/service through the Site. In sales made through the customer form and e-mail, the customer must read and approve the related contract through the customer panel. All terms and conditions related to the sales transaction are regulated in the relevant contract, and the Service Provider does not assume any other responsibility or provide any guarantee other than what is stipulated in the relevant legislation.
3. Usage and Accessibility
   • The Service Provider has the right to use the address, e-mail, landline phone, mobile phone, and other contact information specified by the user in the site registration form or later updated by the user, to promote the services and campaigns offered by the Service Provider and to reach the user for this purpose.
   • The Service Provider is not responsible for any situation, including changes or deletions to previously posted information by the user, resulting from the sharing of the password given by the Service Provider to the user registered on the website with third parties due to any reason originating from the user or the user themselves.
4. Registration Conditions
   
   • The use of Services provided by the Service Provider is subject to Customer/Registration conditions. The Service Provider may arrange different membership categories and change existing categories. Some identity, contact, and corporate document information may be requested during registration or sale, fees may be charged partially or fully for services, or restrictions may be imposed on services.
   • The customer is given a username and password or creates them.
   • The customer is responsible for any documents, identification, contact information, or user content sent online through the website, via email, or through services during registration. The information provided by the customer for registration is assumed to be current, accurate, and reliable. The customer is responsible for storing the username and password. The Service Provider accepts no responsibility for incorrect, illegal, or unauthorized use of the username and password. The customer who causes this is responsible for any material and moral damages incurred by the Service Provider or third parties in cases of unauthorized and unauthorized use. The customer is responsible for all transactions made through the customer account, if any. “The customer is obligated to take necessary precautions and notify the Service Provider as soon as they learn that the username and password have been used without authorization or attempts have been made to obtain them”. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information of the authorized person or persons provided during registration is up to date.
   • The Service Provider may request the Customer to update their registration information and change their password at certain intervals, otherwise, it may suspend or restrict the service. The Customer is obliged to fulfill these requests.
5. Intellectual and Industrial Rights
   
   • The intellectual and industrial property rights of the site belong to the Service Provider.
   • Unless otherwise stated, the intellectual and industrial property/copyright or usage license rights of commercial logos, trademarks, domain names, and other elements on the site belong to the Service Provider. Unless specifically stated, the conditions written here do not give the Visitor/Customer the right to use them or to make any disposition over them.
   • The site, in part or in whole, cannot be copied in any way (including distribution of copies), reproduced, distributed, published. It is prohibited to copy or take as an example for partial modification the content or forms belonging to the Service Provider published on the site.
   • The intellectual property rights of names, logos, trademarks, and other content belonging to 3rd parties provided as part of the Services on the site belong to the content providers/rights holders.
   • The Visitor/Customer agrees and undertakes not to collect any data on the site and not to access the site’s database.
6. Third Party Links
   This site may contain links operated by third parties that the Service Provider “does not own or control the operation of, or information may be provided about them. The Service Provider” does not have any guarantee or commitment regarding the content, suitability, security, privacy policies, and continuous communication of these sites that are shared and accessed. Veriyum Technology cannot be held responsible for personal information provided to these 3rd party systems, content and services obtained from these sites, and privacy policies and practices.
7. Collection of Visit Information
   When the site is visited, web servers automatically start collecting information to enable the site to communicate with the visitor’s computer. In addition, information such as the number of visits made to the site, which sections of the site visitors prefer, IP addresses, domain type, browser type, date and time, and navigation on the website are monitored, audited, and stored. The use of the site means that the user gives permission to the Service Provider to collect, process, and store the specified information. The Service Provider will take necessary precautions for the security of users’ personal information and will show due care within technological possibilities. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the user’s personal information falls into the hands of third parties despite the Service Provider’s security measures.
8. Prohibition of Interference
   It is forbidden to violate or attempt to violate the security of the Site and Services. Legal action may be taken against those who attempt such violations. The person or persons who carry out the violation are financially, legally, and criminally responsible to the person whose rights have been violated and/or the Service Provider in accordance with the laws.
9. Violation of Terms of Use
   The Service Provider reserves the right to reject, remove from content, delete information existing in the system, suspend, terminate access to the Site and Services, and cancel membership without prior notice, along with the right to refuse, remove from content, delete information existing in the system in case of non-compliance with the “General Terms of Use”, “Privacy Policy”, “Operational Working Conditions”, “Service Agreement” and other relevant agreements on the site, or attempts to violate the rules, whether the violation is fully realized or not. This also applies in case of indirect violation or attempted violation of the Terms by a third party acting on behalf of the User. The Service Provider’s non-exercise of this right does not mean that it has waived its rights or accepted the violation.
10. Limited Liability
    The Service Provider is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by service attacks, viruses, or technological material related to the use of this website. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss arising from accessing or not being able to access this site, or using or not being able to use this site, or relying on the information given on this site.
11. Records
    In disputes that may arise from the use of the Site and Services, the Service Provider’s books and all kinds of computer records, including communication logs, and e-mail, text message, fax notifications made by the Service Provider to Users constitute definitive and exclusive evidence.
12. Applicable Law and Competent Court/Enforcement Offices
    The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply in disputes that may arise regarding the use of the site. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices will be authorized in the resolution of any disputes that may arise regarding the site and terms of use.
